In collaboration with Bolles+Wilson. The 33-storey tower shall be located in the heart of Tirana. It will be an extension of the existing Tirana International Hotel, but this time it comes as a five-star hotel, rich in various luxury services such as spa, sky bar, etc. It is characterized by simple geometric shapes, specifically by two cuboids that differ in color and material. Two colors are selected in contrast to each other: gold and black color. It’s about a hotel complete in every aspect. The bedrooms shall be oriented towards the square, the Centre of the capital, facing the sunny south the entire year round. This way of organizing will give visitors the opportunity to enjoy the comforts that the hotel offers in maximum quality, perfect location and orientation to the city. The new TIH, in the form of ingots, represents itself in the best way as a five-star hotel, as a new touristic spot and mostly, it shall become a new landmark for the city of Tirana.
