This architectural and urban project aims at creating a commemorative and vital complex according to a coherent scenario which transforms the area into: A temple piece, through the memory of the martyrs; A cultural area, through the various activities: A place of hope through the encouragement of optimism and the sense of life with the help of a contemporary program and aesthetics. This is a delicate intervention in the natural environment, which facilitates the perception of the landscape. The urban solution articulates a complex of public spaces through the ensemble of houses of the Jashari family and their monumental cemetery. The project creates a dialogue between the architercutral components and the public spaces, making the special character of the complex obvious. The spatial model is a cultural investment where the monumental coexists with and the ordinary. The dynamics of the movement in this complex through the urban landscapes and the different green areas was studied carefully in order to make the visitor perceive the reality of the march of 1998., the suffering and the endurance of Kosovo people. The project is an anthem to life.
