    Economic Faculty

This project consists of the reconstruction of the Building B of the Faculty of Economics. This faculty is composed of two buildings, 3 floors and 6 floors, built in different moments, which are linked to each other through a two-tier volume.-The heteroge neous composition of this object volumetric as well as the partial interventions applied over the years bring the need for reconstruction with the following key issues:lnterventions in existing environments in cluding door-window switching, plastering, new floors, hanging ceilings with homogeneous lighting for all lecture premises, a new heating I cooling system and aspiration system, new electrical instal lation system as well as a new signage that facili tates circulation inside the building and totally alters the interior design of the faculty. The transfor mation of facades, which in the existing state have as dominant element frequent and rhythmic win dows. The most appropriate way to achieve the same transformation is the use of elements, which will unify it. The project also proposes the development of a square in front of the building with trees, greenery and longitudinal concrete tiles, which follow the verticality of the facade.
