Hec Koman
The main objective of the intervention in the premises around the building administered by the unit Hec Koman, is to create a balance between the spaces in the green and the paved ones. The essential elements that influence the choice of architectures are the presence of a park exists with a very interesting geometry, the rocky nature that surrounds this unit and the industrial character and the building it manages and that of the turbines. The intervention that we propose is the systematization of the geometry of the park with arched shapes through the fencing with greenery borders, the creation of sidewalks that will enable the walk through the greenery, strengthening even more its forms. These sidewalks, in addition to the fact that they highlight the park, are a very good tool to make a difference between the space where you walk to spend moments of relaxation and the space which will be used and the vehicles which will have a parking in an area of special. To restore the above balance we choose the asphalting of the space that stands between the park and the building it manages. In this way we adapt best to the industrial character of the building and create the opportunity for circulation and parking and regulation of vehicles. This organization is assisted by a rotunda which is placed at the moment when the current road and the unit meets the square in front manages. In addition to regulating traffic, through the green space surrounded by a sidewalk for pedestrians, the monotony of concrete is overcome. Greenery remains an important part of the landscaping project because despite the choice of paving this space, they choose by making a tree fence that creates a very nice alternation between a rough material and nature. The space dedicated to parking vehicles in the west is a state point which is very close to the entrance to the building it manages and does not affect the ratio created at its main entrance. The fact that this building is positioned in a natural environment very little used becomes a source of inspiration in the choice of natural materials not only in exterior systems but also in the reconstruction project. This is noticed in the use of stone in the clothing of Varada, which he proposes again for its continuity in the addition and buildings that he manages. The important gesture of intervention on the veranda is the ease of staircase to the main entrance reinforcing its importance. In addition to complying with design norms and emergency evacuation norms, the veranda has a new staircase at the eastern end in accordance with a gate that serves as an emergency exit, which is detailed during the project and a ramp for people with sufficient skills. .
