In the altimeter the building is divided according to functions: two underground floors will be used for parking, the ground floor will be used for commercial premises, the first above ground floor will function for offices and from the second floor to the 8th floor will be residential apartments . The parking floors are divided into two volumes, each of 2 floors phased from each other by 60cm. The entrance to the parking lot is through an internal road of the residential block determined according to the Detailed Local Plan. The entrance to the building for residents will be from the west facade ,which is the main facade of the building. Through a corridor you reach the nucleus of the stairs and the elevator for the passage vertically to the residential floors. The ladder or distribution unit of the ladder and elevators consists of 1 elevator and ladder that has the function of emergency ladder. The first ground floor is designed for administrative offices, the internal divisions of which will be made during the development of the business. Floors from 2-8 have residential apartments, a total of 35 apartments, 16 1 + 1 apartments and 19 2 + 1 apartments. All apartments are designed according to the design norms. The free space east of the building is used for recreational and recreational spaces. The green spaces are completed by decorative shrubs and tall trees. While along the passages there will be wooden benches. The volume of the building is conditioned by its location in relation to the approved Urban Detailed Plan, which presents it as an intermediate section in a linear longitudinal volume. From this we are presented with a two-sided kalkan object placed symmetrically. This situation gives us the opportunity to design a planar site in the east and a symmetrical volume in the west. Due to the density of the apartment rooms, the facade contains a high number of windows, the aim of the facade design is to create a regular rhythm.
