This building is located at “Frosina Plaku”street,in Tirana,Albania. In the plots where the project will be applied, it is intended to develop one structure in compliance with urban conditions .In this context, the building to the north respects the distances to the existing building 8 floors, east of the existing building 6 and 7 floors, south of the road axis of provided for demolition by the Urban Detailed Plan and west of the property boundary. Consequently the object has an L-shape which in line is partially closed with the existing object in order to close the page kalkan and contains 3 gradations. In the south the building predicts only one escalation, while in the north the volume is determined by the construction line and the observance of distances with existing facility.The entrance to the building will be from the street "Frosina Plaku" along the eastern facade,while the entrance to the underground parking is realized through the road that access to the west of the plot.The ground floor has a function as service premises and commercial premises. The rest of the property is used as a recreational environment for residents. Communication in verticality is done through two stair blocks / elevator of protected from fire with concrete cage and 1 elevator.The two underground floors serve as parking spaces as well as the technical premises that i serve the facility.All floors above the ground floor function as housing. In total we have 34 apartments, of which are 2 + 1, 1 + 1 and apartments 3 + 1. Since the object is characterized by scaling, across most of the apartments will also include spacious verandas.All apartments are designed according to design norms housing legislation in force.The greatest extension of the object takes place along the north-south direction, where due of high density of the premises is obtained a facade with great rhythm cracks. The logic of architecture consists in treating as much volume as possible clean aesthetically,playing with cracks which are grouped every 2 floors.Movements from one vertical module to another in positioning and plane as well as in the color of the decorative and elegant elements of the frame with a rhythm to regular cracks and frames create a rhyth mic dynamic in the facade.The facade will be ventilated with alucobond panels, which will be white and green. Along the facade there are decorative elements, brisolei, that serve to give the object shade in different spaces. The ground floor has a 3 m retreat with a colonnade on the west facade.
