Partner/CEO “Time and space are inherently linked. To design space is designing an experience” He has been graduated in the Polytechnic University of Tirana, majoring city planning and architecture, in 1998 (MSc in Architecture). Arch. A. Efthimi has continued further studies and qualifications in Montpellier, France (1998 Urban Planning & Cultural Heritage), Firenze, Italy (2001 Urban Planing), Paris (2004 Strategy of Urban Transport & Infrastructure). He is member of most of the associations of field, and holds all certificates issued in Albania. Arch. A. Efthimi has been working on different projects in Albania, Kosovo and Italy. Arch. A. Efthimi has been working in public & private sector. He was director of different departments in the municipality of Tirana from 2000 – 2004; Since 2004, Arch. Efthimi has been leading Atelier 4. He has gained a vast array of experiences during these years in urban planning, architectural design and restoration of historic buildings/sites in Albania. He and the company have gained in depth knowledge in restoration and conservation of Historical Heritage field as well as its respective Laws and regulations. Arch. Efthimi has extensive experience working on projects in cooperation with international & national organizations including EUDAL, UNDP, World Bank, USAID, GTZ, various Ministries, Municipalities, Public Entities and master plans of most of key cities in Albania, just to mention a few; and projects such as: New Bazzar of Tirana, Design of a Bypass Road in UNESCO protected City of Gjirokastra, Historical Heritage Restorations of Elbasan, Berat, Vlora, Burrel, Kruja, Shkodra, Apollonia Archaeological Park, etc.
Partner/Director “Architecture takes into account the present, the past, and wherever we might be going to. Never forget culture and history were built upon our recollections. Sustainability isn’t just about material measure but speaking to our collective memory.” Has graduated in the Polytechnic University of Tirana, majoring in city planning and architecture, in 1999 (MSc in Architecture). Arch. Premti joined Atelier 4 since 2003 working as Architect, Team Leader and Project Manager. He has a broad experience in the field of project management and, architectural and interior design. He has been leading many key projects in Albania financed by a different range of companies and institutions such as UNDP, EU, Albanian Development Fund, Albanian Football Federation, Public Organizations in Albania and Kosovo, UNESCO, etc. Some of the most important projects he has lead are: Marubi Phototeque Shkodra, “Green Coast Resort”, Palasa Beach, National Theatre of Opera, Ballet and Folk Ensemble & National Library Tirana, Çorovoda's city center, Masterplan of Tirana Lake Park Tirana, Elbasan Arena Stadium. “Top Channel” headquarters & 5 television studios, “Adem Jashari” memorial complex, Prekaz – Kosovo, etc.
Partner/Coordinator “What we don’t know or understand ,we can’t value.There are lot of ways in which we can awaken a broader interest in architecture,and we shouldn’t miss out on any of them” Graduated in architecture and town planning at the Polytechnic University of Tirana, in 2003; mastered in 2004. Andi Eftimi started working for Atelier 4 from the 2004, being of the leading partners of the company. He is member of Albanian Architects Association and is certified “Green Building and LEED Rating System” for environment. He has worked over a variety of projects including: housing, public buildings (hospitals, universities); businesses centres (TEG, Practiker Tirana); interiors; gas station; reconstruction & renovation of existing buildings (Albanian Postal Service, Tax Admin); urban planning (Korça, Kavaja, Durrës, Shkodër, Vlorë & Kamëz); touristic resorts and villages ("Green Coast Resort" Palase, “Lazri Bay” Durres), etc. He has a rich national and international experience of working in Albania & Kosovo in cooperation with most prominent international architects companies like “Archea Associati” Firenze (24 floors serviece buliding Tirana); 51N4E, Bruxelles (TID Tower); Bolles & Wilson. Munster, Germany; Ivan Kroupa, Praga; “Act” Katia Accossato & Luigi Trentini, Ticino Switzerland; MVRDV, Amsterdam; Laguarda Low Architects, USA (TEG “Tirana East Gate” Tirana); Atena Studio, Roma, etc.

" Atelier 4 Partner, is graduated in architecture and town planning at Polytechnic University of Tirana in 2005. He is an expert in different types of architectural and town planning. Arch. Olsi Eftimi has more than 10 years of professional experience (Albania & Kosovo) in urban planning, architectural design and restoration of historic buildings/sites gained through projects financed by private entities, public entities and international organizations. He possesses a deep understanding and application of the Albanian Planning, Construction and Cultural Heritage Law and regulations. Extensive experience in architectural design of all types of buildings, but especially specialized in residential areas and building design, administrative buildings, hotels and villas including interior design. Arch. Olsi Eftimi is member of Albanian Architects Association. He is licensed by Ministry of Public Works and Transport for Architecture & Urban Planning designs. He led and played a crucial part in lots of project, just a few to mention: New Bazaar Tirana; Historical Heritage Sites of: Elbasan, Berat, Vlora, Burrel, Kruja and Shkodra; Restoration of Villa "Hatibi" (Culture Monument Building of 2nd Category); National Theatre of Opera, Ballet and Folk Ensemble & National Library (Culture Monument Building of 2nd Category); “LORO BORIÇI” Stadium, Shkodra; Rehabilitation and destination’s change of former Hydraulic Laboratory in Arts centre – “New Scene”; “Top Channel” National TV HQ; VIP Lounge Area at Tirana International Airport; “Ambasador 3"….
